Woodwinds performs at Lyrik

Thusday night, we continued our music series with an intimate performance by Woodwinds.  Frontwoman Megan Spear, you may recognize her from Jared Mees and the Grown Children, has a way of captivating a crowd with her soothing vocals and impactful lyrics.

Great Create.

Once a month Lyrik and Breedom get together to host the ultimate of craft nights.  Local artists come together with current projects for the chance to work in an environment filled with other inspired people.  With a "No-Project-Turned-Away" attitude...painters, sculptors, cartoonists, knitters, seamstresses, and even hula-hoopers have shown up to work at the art cafe located at 2035 SE 39th.  Take a look at some photos from last nights Great Create.
